NOTE: Rule changes for indoor 2016/17:

The CLFHA has adopted the following rules changes:

  • There will be six players now on each side of the field.
  • If a ball goes over the end line, off a defender or goalkeeper, and was not intentional, the ball will restart at the centre line perpendicular to where the ball went out of bounds (similar to outdoor).
  • For attackers in the attacking half, the ball may be played into the circle off of the side-boards, providing it has travelled at least three metres before rebounding off of them.
